Our Mission

Liberty, Life, and Law Foundation was incorporated in North Carolina on October 29, 2012 to preserve constitutional liberties, including religious liberty, sanctity of life, marriage, family, free speech, and the rule of law, based on the moral values given by our Creator. Its status as a nonprofit, charitable, tax-exempt organization (effective October 29, 2012) was recognized by the Internal Revenue Service in a letter dated February 9, 2014.

Liberty, Life, and Law Foundation is a true “friend of the court,” and in these perilous times, America’s federal courts need all the friends they can get. One of LLLF’s primary goals is to submit “friend of the court” (amicus) briefs in cases where key American liberties are at stake. LLLF’s briefs provide creative arguments, supported by sound legal authority, to assist the judicial process and defend our treasured American liberties. LLLF has submitted numerous briefs on the challenging issues of our time, both in federal circuit courts and the United States Supreme Court.
